OK Mobility continues to grow in Italy in line with its international expansion plan and will open a new Store in Pisa inJune. With this opening, we reinforce our presence in this country by entering this wonderful Tuscan city.
The new Store is located at Pisa Airport. With more than 5 million passengers a year, it is the main airfield in the Tuscany region and is located just over a kilometre from the city centre.
We started our activity in Italy in 2020, with the opening of two OK Stores at the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, in the case of Rome, and Bergamo and Malpensa, in the case of Milan.

The OK Stores at the Granada, Seville and Munich airports and Seville and Zaragoza train stations already have their “Traveller Review Award 2022” by Booking.com after winning this award. A recognition awarded for having obtained an excellent score from customers for the quality of the service provided.
In addition, in the case of Granadaairport, the OK Store has also been awarded the “Customer Favorite Award 2022” by Rentalcars.com, the international car rental portal.
Both platforms give these awards based on the opinions generated daily by users who contract OK Mobility’s mobility services, reflecting our clear vocation for customer service to always guarantee the best experiences.
The international travel portal Booking.com has awarded their “Traveler Review Award 2022” tofive OK Mobility Stores, having received excellent scores from customers for quality of service, namely the Granada, Seville and Munich airport Stores and the Seville and Zaragoza railway station Stores.
The Granada airport OK Store also received a “Customer Favorite Award 2022” from Rentalcars.com, the international vehicle hire portal.
Both platforms choose winners of these awards based on the opinions that customers give each day to evaluate OK Mobility’s services. These awards reflect the company’s clear customer service vocation, as well as the effort that our team members are making to continue offering customer service which guarantees the best customer experience.
OK Mobility has opened a new OK Store in France, situated in the Northern region of Criel, where the global mobility Company already has a logistics center for MC Automobiles, which is owned by the OK Mobility Group.
The new Store, which is already operational, opened under our new office concept that we wish to use to continue to strengthen the bond that we have with our customers and to get closer to them.
Situated just over two hours away from Paris, Criel is a district in Normandy, known for its beaches, gardens, magnificent natural setting and impressive panoramic views, making it a tourist’s paradise.
OK Mobility has enjoyed great success in bookings in the first month of including motorbikes in our mobility offer, which shows how customers have welcomed this new mobility option.
These 125cc motorbikes, which require the same driving license as the one you need to drive a car (Class B) and which can be ridden on all roads and motorways, are currently available for hire from the OK Stores in Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona airports, in Paseo de Gràcia (Barcelona) and in Madrid, Seville and Barcelona railway stations. They will soon be includedin large resorts such as Malaga, Alicante, Ibiza, and Formentera.
We include motorbikes in our fleet as part of our ongoing aim to continue to offer alternative vehicles and to promote more personalized mobility which is adapted to each customer’s travel needs at all times.
OK Mobility continues to make progress in their international expansion plan in Germany and will open a new Store inside Frankfurt airport in April. This represents the global mobility company’s reinforced presence in Germany, notably in this important city which is considered one of the world’s most important financial hubs.
The new Store shall be located in Terminal 2 of the airport, the main connection hub for international flights arriving from Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the USA. When this Store opens, our Company will then be present in the two German airports through which the most passengers pass through each year, with Frankfurt welcoming 70,5 million passengers in 2019 and 48 million in Munich.

OK Mobility moves into next gear in its internationalexpansion plan and adds Croatia to the list of European countries where it is present. Specifically, the company will open from next February anew OK Store in the Croatian country, with the capital, Zagreb, being the first opening, which will be followed later by new Stores in the Croatian country. The new Store is located inside the airport of the capital.
This is a great step for the company, in its commitment to continue adding new tourist destinations par excellence in Europe. With these new openings, OK is already present in eight European countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Malta and Croatia.
