More than 100 people have participated in the first workshop on emotional well-being that, in partnership with the Mapfre Foundation, has been taught to OK Team. This is an initiative included in the 1st OK Mobility Equality Plan and aimed at detecting possible psychosocial risks that may affect well-being.
In total, four workshops are planned where participants will learn about stress management tools that help them manage cognitive and emotional limitations and allow them to detect and recognise them in time.
The OK Mobility Equality Plan includes a set of measures aimed at ensuring real equality between men and women. It is a firm commitment by our company to achieve a total balance in terms of gender and to develop an inclusive and egalitarian corporate culture.
