People & Culture, the first department of the OK Team’s new inter-team training initiative

OK Mobility’s People & Culture department has been chosen to start a new inter-team training initiative, launched internally to continue improving inter-departmental communication and to raise awareness of the functions that each performs, and so that employees can get to know the different people working in each team. The first session was presented to the entire OK Team by CEO, Othman Ktiri.

The People & Culture team, led by Director Teresa Comino, presented their organization, day to day routine and the different areas within the department to the rest of the OK Team: Compensation, represented by Daniel Torres and Paula Rodríguez, who are responsible for ensuring compliance with current labour and risk prevention legislation, Learning & Development, represented by Isabel González, Raquel Lamas, Alejandro Aznar and Mónica Pérez, who support the OK Team in their development and learning to boost talent and performance, Planning & HR Organization, led by Elizabeth García, whose function is to optimize the department’s efficiency by participating in the area’s digital transformation, and Talent, represented by Estefanía Marín, Marina Hoyas, Esther Llompart, Sandra Moreno, Encarna Pol and Laia Costa, who are responsible for the selection, support and development of the OK Team, to train complete and competent teams.
